I sit here and think about how fortunate we are to have you, Tom and so many others willing and ready to go to battle for this disease that affects so many. Each of us have been affected, but we all have an opportunity to help and with this Livestrong Challenge that Tom is wlling to take on, well that just confirms to me that he and so many others like him will sometimes do the impossible so that those that are too weak are able to hopefully know that there are Champions fighting on their behalf and that to win and overcome impossible odds are those people like you and Tom! Thank you both for being a part of my life and for continuing to fight and never give up, we love you:)

Great blog. I love Friday Night Lights as well.

My mom is fighting breast and bone cancer. She's doing well, but is not cancer free just yet. Let me tell you though, as frail as she is, she's the biggest fighter I know.

Congratulations on meeting Taylor, he sounds like such a nice guy. I am so curious about his new puppy, what's its name? What kind of dog is it? I ask too many questions! Either way, thank you for sharing your story (and the very lovely picture up there). :)

OMG! You got to meet Taylor Kitsch! I feel so happy for you!
Was it like at a restaurant or walking down the street with his puppy and suddenly: "OMG! Riggins!" :P

And a puppy! C'mon! When you think he can't get any cuter! lol
Do you have an idea of which breed? *-*

You guys talked about charity?! Awesome. I've hard he's even thought of starting his own charity destined to children. And, of course, about this recent hockey charity event. I think it's awesome that he cares so much about other people...too bad not everyone thinks like that. Way to go, Taylor!

Also, great thing you've had a great time with such great people.
And be sure you'll be in my prayers, sweetie.

The scaners at MD are the best.....my 13 month came back CLEAR....I trust yours will too. My love and prayers are with you....some day will have to hold hands in Houston....I think of you often.
